We offer different types of service requests such as on-site service, repair services, and phone support.

On-site service is for large printers that are too heavy to ship. Our service technicians will come to your facility to service or repair your printers on-site. RFID Pros, a division of RMS Omega, can provide customers with authorized repair services on select devices. That means that we are certified by our manufacturers to repair their devices.

We’re also happy to offer help desk support. Help desk support allows you to call us or send us an email if you need help with anything after your system is installed.
