Register for the RMS Omega Customer Support Portal

Submit, track, and manage Help Desk support tickets in your dedicated Company portal.

RMS Omega customers can request access to our online Customer Support Portal to conveniently submit new support requests, monitor ticket status, view support history, and communicate directly with our Help Desk team.

Complete the short form below, and a member of our Help Desk team will review your request and email you a registration link to set up your username and password.

Customer Support Services

RMS Omega offers support plans and bundled service packages for technical device support, setup and configuration, remote management, and printer repair.

Our Help Desk technicians are available to support our customers during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5 PM EST.
