RMS Omega Technologies Terms & Conditions
Effective July 2025
The following terms and conditions apply to all quotes, proposals, and purchases of products and services provided by RMS Omega Technologies. By accepting a quote, approving a proposal, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Pricing & Validity
All pricing is based on total purchase volume and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Unless stated in writing, freight charges are not included. Pricing is based on FOB: Origin terms, which supersede all other freight terms. Delivery timelines may change without notice due to fluctuations in global supply chain conditions.
Professional Services
Services such as delivery, training, and consulting will be invoiced at RMS Omega’s current published rates. For services associated with custom product orders, lead times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on stock availability, production schedules, and supplier capacity.
Warranty and Limitations
Hardware and computer components typically include a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers parts and labor on a depot repair basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer also applies to any licensed software or third-party products. We are not liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data, nor for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use any quoted products or services.
Returns & Damaged Goods
A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items. All items must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including both internal and external packaging (do not discard original packaging). Any misshipments, dead-on-arrival (DOA) products, or items damaged in transit must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request a return, please contact your customer account team.
Consumables & Custom Products
Die and plate charges are one-time, non-refundable fees, unless new artwork or copy is required. Plate charges are assessed per color. Orders for custom labels and tags may vary in total quantity by up to ±10 %, rounded to the nearest full roll, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Standard lead time for custom orders is 4–6 weeks, depending on the availability of stock.

Due to the evolving nature of global supply chain conditions, including changes in tariffs, raw material availability, transportation costs, and manufacturing delays, quoted prices and delivery timelines may be subject to change without notice.
