Onsite & Depot Device Repair for Printers, Mobile Computers & More
RMS Omega understands the importance of keeping our technicians up-to-date and trained. We are a certified specialist for Zebra, Honeywell, Datamax, and Intermec – offering both onsite and depot repair services. We are also proud to offer repair services for Honeywell Industrial Mobile Computers and Vehicle Mount Terminals.
Time and Material Service:
- On-Site barcode Printer Repair Services – Barcode Printers/Line Printers/Laser Printers
- Depot Repair Services- for printers, scanners, handheld terminals
- On-Site Maintenance Contracts (Printers only)
- Standard – Next Business Day Response – Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Excludes holidays)
- Custom Maintenance Contracts – We can customize an on-site maintenance 24-hour/7 day agreement to suit your needs, including expedited repair services and hot-swap programs available
- Consumable – a flexible service program that encompasses ribbons, labels, supplies, and printer maintenance.
- Depot Repair Services Contract – Standard or Custom
- Standard – Quick turnaround time (3-5 days average)
