Welcome! RMS Omega is contracted to provide support and service for GXO scanners, mobile devices, tablets, and printers. To request support, please click the appropriate link below and complete a request form.

If you have questions or would like to speak with one of our Help Desk team members, you may call (888) 857-8402 and Press Option 3, or email at any time. Please be aware that our regular business hours are 8 AM – 5 PM EST. Unless we are notified of an upcoming project, we will respond in a timely manner when contacted outside of regular business hours.

Request Repair Services

To request repair services, please click on the link below. Please provide the model or part number and serial number for each item. An RMS Omega representative will be in contact with you shortly to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or corresponding information for each request.
